- Is there any Forward Statement available?
- Yes, you can see in the Expert Advisor page (above Backtest Reports).
- How about Latest Forward Statement?
- New Statement will be created right after Update, and Update is created if there are any performance down reported from our customers.
- Then how about Latest Performance?
- If there are no new Update or Statement (no performance down report), then it mean CoolPips Expert Advisor performance is still good for the Current Market condition.
- Which Pair and TimeFrame must i use with CoolPips Expert Advisor?
- You can use your Expert Advisor on any Pair and Timeframe available in the Product Page.
- How about Account Type and Balance?

- What happen if there are any News?
- You can leave your Expert Advisor active 24 hours a day, even in the news time, Profit Gained is usually bigger than Loss, so it will not be a problem.
Custom Indicator and Digital Filter FAQs:
- Can i use this products on any chart?
- Yes, you can use it on any chart available in your MetaTrader 4 Platform, including Forex Pairs.
- What's the difference between Custom Indicator and Digital Filter?
- Custom indicator is Modified version of Standard Indicator, so it can be more accurate and easy to use. For Digital Filter, it is kind like Indicator but created using Pure Mathematical formula and usually better than Indicator.
- Custom Indicator and Digital Filter keep saying my account is wrong, what happen?
- Don't worry, it is not a problem, please change your TimeFrame and revert back to your preffered TimeFrame, then the problem will gone. This is because of Custom Indicator and Digital Filter need to be refreshed to be able to read your Account Number.

- What the difference between EX4 and MQ4?
- EX4 is compiled version that cannot be modified and MQ4 is Master Code version that can be modified using Meta Editor of your MetaTrader 4 Platform.
